Captrust Tower 1 is a 17-story high rise in North Raleigh located adjacent to North Hills Shopping Center. Engineering design was provided for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarms. All USGBC documentation and support material was provided for a LEED Gold Certified project.
